We sell physical merchandise items, primarily rally clothing, with the exception of gift cards or digital codes. All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed due to items being produced to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via PayPal and Square. McEvoy Motorsport does not store payment card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide tracked shipping unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days. During busy periods delivery times may increase.

9. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are issued only where McEvoy Motorsport is at fault. Gift cards are non-refundable.

11. User Conduct

Users must not misuse the website, provide false information, or infringe intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

McEvoy Motorsport is not liable for delays outside of our control, indirect losses, or technical issues. Statutory rights are not affected.
